    <content type="text/plain">An Integration for automatic/electronic gate property would complement smart lock integrations and truly make my listings self-check...now I have to open the gate remotely for each guest on arrival (I have 7 listings and growing), then let them search for the physical gate remote. Because our complex has other homeowners, we don't want to put a lock box with a gate remote outside the property, which will cause a traffic build-up in the gateway. I use the Powertech gate system on several properties. Masterlift is another option...I am prepared to purchase the hardware that will help me to fully allow self-check-in to paid guests, especially at 1:00 am... when I should be getting healthy rest to deal with guest queries another day. Any effort or consideration for this will be greatly appreciated.</content>

It would add a lot of security and peace of mind if all staff codes were deactivated during a guests stay. We had a a cleaning person get mixed up and enter an occupied apartment today, and we’ve done it ourselves as well. If we needed to get in for maintenance during a booking we could just look up and use the guest code or have a “ override” code. Just a suggestion.</content>

I don't see any security concerns if the code is used multiple times for different time frames.  I understand you wouldn't want the same code active for multiple locks at the same time.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Currently there is no way to set a check in time and an Access time for guests arriving early.  This presents an enormous challenge.  We must communicate a check in time to guests, but 99% of the time, there is a request for early check in.  For example, if we set the check in time to 4:00 and the guests arrive early they can not use their code to check in.  If we set the check in time earlier than what you want communicated, then the guests think the check in time is earlier than what it normally is.</content>

It would be great to have the ability to choose a setting that sends a notification (for first time access in my specific case) for ALL guests access.  This use case is helpful when PM software is integrated with RemoteLock and automatically adding guests to the schedule when a new booking is created.   It would be a nice alert to have for Guest arrival.  You know they have arrived when notified that the door was unlocked by the guest.</content>

On another members account, they still see the issues that were cleared. Now we have multiple team members thinking that there are issues when in fact, Some one has already handled this. &#13;

    <content type="text/plain">Our client has several buildings, each with a common door. We are connected via the API.&#13;
If we give access to a door to a guest, RemoteLock also copies the credentials to the common door.&#13;
If for some reason we have to move the guest to another building with another common door, then we remove the access from the first door and create a new one for the new door via the API.&#13;
But RemoteLock is not removing the access to the "old" common door. The guest now has access to two common doors.&#13;
It would be nice if RemoteLock would also remove the access to the common door when we remove the access to the "parent" door.</content>

It is painful to constantly look through to find each lock instead of allowing the user to organize them by unit number or drag and drop to how they best work for their location.</content>
